Spa Pool
(Winter season only). Booking sheet is situated outside reception. Book your own private 1/2hr time slot. Access to pool is via your own room key.
Open 4.00pm – 9.00pm. Opens earlier on any closed mountain days.
Off Street & Undercover Parking
The motel units have parking for 1 car/unit directly outside of your room. The mezzanine motel units have undercover carports.
We also have a large off-street Lodge car park, as well as amble additional parking, that can accommodate approximately 20 cars.
Drying Rooms
We have 2 drying rooms both situated in our lodge. One upstairs and 1 down stairs. Access is obtained via your own room key.
Gear is left in the rooms at your own risk.
Guest Laundry
We have washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board facilities. Wash and Dry tokens are available from reception. $3/token.
Free Wireless Internet Access
We have free Wireless Internet access for guests (50MB). Available in all units. Zenbu security vouchers are available from reception.
Pet Friendly by Arrangement
We allow pets to stay – preferably in our Studio Motel units, which have an enclosed area out the back.
Our pet policy is: Pets are welcome inside the unit provided they bring their own beds; We do not allow pets to be left unattended inside the units, or allow them to be on the unit beds.

Guest Lounge with Pool Tables
Situated in the lodge behind reception we have a large guest lounge.
There are kitchen facilities for Lodge guests in the lounge.
The Lounge is open 8.00am – 9.00pm.
This has 2 pool tables and an air hockey table, big screen TV.
Internet access, reading books and a wood burning fire.
Ask at reception for a choice of board games and jigsaws.
Free View TV in all Units
We have Free View digital TV in all Motel and Lodge units.
Cooked/Continental Breakfasts:
Please book your breakfast prior to 8.30pm the night before. We serve breakfasts in our guest lounge.
Kiwi Cooked (bacon eggs hash browns & toast) $14pp and Continental (Choice of cereal and fruit + toast) $9pp. Unlimited tea/coffee.
Catering for Groups - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners
We specialise in Group catering – School, Work, Contractors or Social groups. We can, with prior arrangement, cater for groups both large and small.
Please contact us for your personalised Accommodation/Catering package. If requested we can also arrange your groups local activities, tickets and transport requirements.
Shuttle Tickets
We can organise your shuttle tickets for pick up and drop off at our door for both winter ski field transport and transportation for summer activities such as the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and Whanganui river trips.
Cosy underfloor heating in all Motel units:
The Chalet, Studio and Mezzanine Motel units all have underfloor heating. The lodge rooms are heated with panel and eco heaters.
All rooms serviced daily and all linen provided:
We service all room’s daily providing new towels (1/person/day) and rubbish collection. (Please see our Eco friendly information in your room folder). All motel unit and lodge room bed linen is provided.
We have replaced every bed over the last few years so you are guaranteed a comfortable nights sleep.
Self-Catering units:
All our Motel units, the Chalet, 2-3 Bedroom Apartments, and Twin/Double rooms are fully equipped with self-catering facilities.

- Hairdryer: we have a number of hair dryers available, ask at reception.
