Conditions For All Bookings

We require the following to secure your reservation:

• Credit card details (VISA or MASTERCARD), or a deposit of one night accommodation to secure your booking.
• Contact Address and Telephone number.

Cancellation Policy

Weekend Bookings - Applices Winter Season Only

• 2-day minimum only. Friday & Saturday night.

Weekend cancellations must be received by Mid-day Monday of that week. No refund will be given for your booking if cancellation is received after this time unless all units are sold. i.e. Full tariff for your reservation will be owed.
Bookings are ‘rain, hail or shine’. i.e. no refund for early check out.

Midweek - Applies Winter Season Only

• If cancelled within 48 hours of your booking, cancellation fee of 1 nights tariff applies unless all units are sold.
• Bookings are ‘rain, hail or shine’. i.e. no refund for early check out. 

School Holidays - Applies Winter Only

• 7 days notice required for cancellations otherwise no refund would be        given on your reservation, unless all units are sold. i.e. Full tariff for your reservation will be owed.
• Bookings are ‘rain, hail or shine’. i.e. no refund for early check out. 

Cancelled bookings may incur an administration fee.
