Booking Conditions and Cancellation policy:
- We require the following to secure your reservation:
1. Credit card details (VISA or Mastercard), or a deposit of one nights accommodation to secure your booking. (Must be received 7 days prior to your arrival). Balance of payment due on arrival.
2. Contact address and telephone number.
- Mid-week Bookings: If cancelled within 48 hours of your
booking, one nights tariff will be incurred. If unit and all like units are resold cancellation fee is waived (less $25 administration fee). No refund for early checkout
- Weekend Bookings: 2 day minimum bookings (Winter season only). A weekend
is any 2 nights including a Friday or Saturday night (eg. Thur &
Fri or Sat & Sun nights). Weekend cancellations must be received
by midday Monday. No refund will be given if cancellation is received after this time unless unit, and all like units, are resold. $25 administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings.
No refund for early checkout.
- School Holidays: Usual weekend and mid-week rates apply
(ie. no surcharges). 7 days notice required for cancellations
otherwise no refund would be given on your reservation unless unit and all like units, are resold. $25 administration fee applies to all cancelled bookings. Bookings are 'rain hail or
shine'- ie. no refund for early check-out.
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard. On site EFTPOS facility payment
